Lol no no murdering my partner travels for work I didn’t tell him what I was doing so he expected to arrive and check in and I was scrambling to get it together. Sorry to alarm anyone haha

Haha I’m a chick but yes he got a hotel. I ended up booking it with a cc. I’m gonna reddem the gc tomorrow and use it to book 3 more days and try the charge back then

Another attribute with SEing, Is patience. Seldom does a given SE go "exactly" as you'd expect. Allow for Inconsistencies and address them accordingly In a calm, yet effective manner.

Provided your SE Is formulated, prepared and executed accordingly, the "didn't arrive" method Is almost guaranteed to work. This applies to all entities.

So I have actually tried this method and seems to be at a roadblock. I disputed and the result finally came after about 3 weeks and this is what they said:

"Your seller has provided shipment tracking information in response to your claim. We used the shipping company's online tracking service and found that it confirms delivery of the merchandise. As a result, this case has been closed."
Any way to get out of this?

Just because they delivered the Item, It doesn't mean you personally received It.

What If It was left unattended at the front door and stolen? "Delivery" Is one thing, "accepting" Is another. I haven't read every post so If you're able to submit a support ticket, do just that or ask to speak to a senior rep. Tell them you didn't personally receive It.
