Y’all. Ok it still hasn’t came. I called and they can’t even do anything for 24 hours. I hung up and called back and same thing. So I spent my last $200 on a gc I don’t have and he’s almost to the hotel and doesn’t know I don’t have a room booked.

I seriously wanna crawl in a hole and die right now

I called twice. Started crying saying my sister was stranded and had been waiting in the hotel lobby for 2 hours. They just said sorry. Gotta wait. So I put it on my cc and I shit you not 10 mins later the damn thing came. Wtf

I guess I’ll wait til tomorrow afternoon and redeem it for the weekend (I only booked today-thurs) and then call again. Idfk. I’m still irked. And idk if that will work since he said they have to investigate and it takes 3 days.

I have had my pp acct 10 years and never filed a dispute. So idk

Or maybe tomorrow it’ll let me dispute online. It gave me an error message when I tried today. I thought pp sold the gcs but the guy said it’s a 3rd party company. It just has the pp name

Bro, super sorry this went so south for you. I’ve never had a PayPal gc not come instantly before. You will win the dispute though.

It hurt my ego lol. I like to think I’m pretty good at seing. Always gotta watch for curve balls. I think this may help though because when I call back or online dispute it tomorrow they will be able to see that I called twice about it today and hopefully refund it then.
