Tried to eb sunglasses hut glasses for 800£ they are asking for id and trying to do an investigation with ups , I tried chargeback before with Amex but then ups replied and said my address is fraudeulent because my dior parcel were actually getting lost , I need some advice do I just go through with it

I’d appreciate it if you could respond to this email including the following information so that we can open an investigation:


•A copy of your ID with your signature so that I can open an investigation with the carrier (you can hide sensitive information such as birth date from the picture).
•A picture of the delivery note
•A picture of the empty box
•In case it is confirmed that the package was delivered empty, we will then process a replacement order
•For a replacement: reconfirm the address where you would like for the item to be sent.



For the next 10 days, please don’t throw away the packaging as the courier might need to come back and collect it, for an internal investigation.

Trouble is if they collect the box then sunglasses hut refuse a refund, how are we meant to send them back for a refund, massive L if that happens :/
