Trouble is if they collect the box then sunglasses hut refuse a refund, how are we meant to send them back for a refund, massive L if that happens :/

They have told me that they can only offer a replacement no refund

still waiting for updates from the carrier they say and this is EB

anybody know a law around this?

yea thats what i plan on doing, they are just longing out actually replying to me about giving me the replacement lol. havent heard from them since they said it

Also, check your promotion or spam folder in your emails because my order emails from sunglass hut go into those and when they shipped my replacement, they didn't send a support email, they just put through another order without telling me which went to the promotions folder in Gmail.

nah ive still not heard anything. theyre closed on the weekends and of course here it was bank holiday Monday so they arent open either. I will hopefully receive something tomorrow , will email them again just in case and ill let you know

@mothered @Alexinoo An update, I got a replacement sent to me after a VERY long investigation. So i will return the replacements sent for a refund. Im in the same boat as no refund accepted.

how long did your investigation take? im currently 1 week in lol, them saying they dont know how long it will take

@aelizia It took around 3 weeks, their customer service rep was awful but got there in the end.
