How many times did you hit them for that to happen lol?

Haha a few times. Only took using the same IP/device twice for them to send their email though. I guess I could still go to a public library and use a drop address if I wanted to keep at it but I'm not willing to take the chance...

Just as a matter of Interest, did they take further action with the C&D letter?
I've received a few over the years, and nothing eventuated with each Incident.

They did not. It’s more like a warning, I assume as long as the activity stops it’s likely not worth it pursuing further to them.

I was bored and went in to complain about my toothbrush and thought I'd need a new POP or serial number but they kept what I gave them on file and used that to send me a replacement. Just so you know, as long as your POP is within the 2 years they require, you don't need to do any extra work, they'll just use what you gave them last. It's been a while since I hit them them, but I didn't realize they were doing this now.
Do you think it would be the same deal for their electric razors? I imagine getting a serial number would be quite difficult.

^ Purchase the product from any company, write down the serial number, then return It for a refund.
