I usually prefer calls, but with Philips chat seems to be great and it's open at all hours I think.

Generally with our forum, I figured this went without saying. However, recent discussion has led me to believe otherwise. People are encouraged to read and follow our rules, especially those regarding illegal content. You have been warned - @Oni

I attempted this and uploaded a best buy pop. They rejected it twice then closed the claim. What gives? I should probably call or chat lol

I SE'd a Prestige 9900 and the unit is also defective LOL.

The sensor that keeps track of how the brush is tilted (to see which side of your teeth you are brushing) stopped working correctly about 4 days ago.

Should I SE this replacement unit?
Keep in mind they included a return label and I haven't sent back anything yet.

Thank you

Go for it, they always send you a label, they never actually ask for the item back (in my experience anyways).

Anyone got a newer Philips Shaver SN, mine's like 5 years old at this point (still working fine, would just like to try their new line). They have good products man, I suggest you SE to keep with this company because it's worth it.
