Just to let you know, I tried Philips and they are not easy as they used to be. They will not ship a replacement TILL they get the old unit back.

It depends on your excuse for not having the item. I hit them multiple times very recently, and was never asked for a pop or told to send the old one back. Disposed of fauly item has never failed me on this.
Got too many methods, I don't know which one to use today.

There's every chance the order/Invoice number will be cross-checked.

Use anything but Amazon. I think they do check those.

@everyone else. I had made this thread seconds after doing this. I'll try again tomorrow and see but I suspect it's still working.

Generally with our forum, I figured this went without saying. However, recent discussion has led me to believe otherwise. People are encouraged to read and follow our rules, especially those regarding illegal content. You have been warned - @Oni

Agreed.

For the most part, they cross-check POPs.

You can say you device overheated, and get creative from there.

did Philips Toothbrush. They sent a replacement. The package actually said delivered and it legit didn't arrive. I called them again and they sent me an upgraded replacement. This would've been a double dip if the first package did actually arrive.

Given It was that simple to receive yet another replacement, they're essentially vulnerable to double dipping.
