Yeah, I forgot to mention that I contacted them to make sure they got the return since my account is blocked, I can't check the return process directly from Amazon website. They got my return 100% sure, they just don't want to refund me because they locked my other account. And what is even more dumb, they say "When we close your account for violating the terms of an agreement, you cannot open a new account or use another account to place orders from our store." But they closed both account at the same time and the order has been made 2 weeks prior the closure of both account.

They are literally telling me : "Hey we got your return but since we closed your other account, we're keeping your 1100€"

They've made a complete mess of your accounts, as well as your claim for a refund.

As per their comment below, appeal their decision.

Today is day 13, since you shipped it correct? Let's say it takes 2 days to be received. Regular processing time for returns is 2 weeks, on average it can take slightly less, but I've hard returns on open accounts that have taken 3 weeks. Having had my Amazon account closed and being in this exact situation where they said we cannot help with returns and then I got a confirmation email that they're processing my return they received I can say it's probably in the works.

I got an answer from Jeff@Amazon two days after. The rep just told me that they received an empty envelope and that I need to sens the correct item in order to get my refund. (the legit return was delivered more than a week ago). I emailed them once again today, if I get no answer, i’ll charge back

Finally after 1 month and a half they are finally refunding my fucking money. I received a mail today ( they ignored like 10 of my mails but today I told them I would charge back and they answered lol ). They also unlocked my account and I can see that my return has been proceeded June 12th, like fuck them.

I got the refund confirmation email the 20th of July but the money hasn't still hit my bank account when it usually takes 3-4 days. Is it normal considering my account is closed or I should contact them once again ?
