After 30 days I contacted them again and they said they got the return but it needs another 14 days for refund. still no refund after that extra 14 days

Omg, I feel for you. Have you contacted them again ? Did you receive the the usual confirmation mail or it was the exact same email I received ? "Since the refund has already been processed, we may charge you again for the item if we do not receive it. Please reply to this email for information on how to return the correct item."

Keep records of all communications pertaining to the refund, and repeatedly contact them until Its processed.

They told me they got an empty envelope and told me I need to send the item back before June 21st to get my refund.
I took the L and asked them for another return label. (Told them a fake story about my brother).
Knowing that they closed my accounts, there is a risk they don't refund me even if they get the legit return right ?

I hope so. I read threads where they literally lied to the customer telling them they sent back the wrong item. I want to film the deposit to make sure I have a proof in case they lie but someone told me it won't do anything

Honestly I think they'll refund you. I've failed the wrong item and gotten a new label from them, no issues at all sending it. If you run into any issues, just file a dispute, it'll be completely legit.
