Okay, tell her to email you Information of where It states In their policy that they can only give more details to the local authorities, and not to the claimant. If she has nothing to hide, she has everything to show - fulfil your request In full.

Hi so I received the refund but the rep told me that they will continue the investigation and they are refunding so i can buy another unit from a physical store or online. So the question is that is it safe to use it or should i wait more i mean i haven't even opened the box yet it might actually be empty lol.

It doesn't sound like the claim is well and truly finalised so I would air on the side of caution and await any further development's before activating the device or risk being rebilled although unlikely.

Give it a week or so.

Another rep did say that the ticket has been closed when i confirmed to them that i have received the refund and how amazed i was with how professionally they handled this case and then i received the survey email And that is it and its been over a week.
