Company: Dyson - CANADA

Items: 5 Dyson Air Wraps
Price: ~$3800 (bought while on sale)
Packages arrived January 4, 2024
Contacted Dyson by phone same day claimed DNA, had to cycle through 3 reps because they kept telling me I need a police report or to contact courier. Final rep told me to wait until January 11 due to “shipping delays”. Called them January 11, was told they are submitting a request to the department that handles refunds/replacements and I will be contacted within 24-48hrs. No response. Called them today, after some pushing around was told that supervisor will handle the case herself and ensure I get an answer as she is not able to process refund herself, must wait another 24-48hrs.
- Will update with progress.
This is so stupid that it will work.
Nice hit good shit.
I shouldn't say stupid but ballsy
Dyson doesn’t respond to bank disputes so either way it should be a W. I just want to test out if I can push Dyson hard enough to refund me rather than a cc dispute. Next Dyson hit I’ll be testing out if they respond to PayPal disputes
Dyson can for sure be pushed hard enough to refund. I hit them for a couple of Airwraps a couple months ago. You just have to stay on them.
Got too many methods, I don't know which one to use today.

any reason for hitting them for AirWraps and not one of the Hot/Cold fans? if they don't respond to CC disputes then I might just go down that route I suppose

I had a buyer for the AirWraps. Try it out, let us know how it goes.

What I have learnt from SE’ing Dyson is that you need a lot more patience than most companies. I ended up filing a CC dispute after getting tired of waiting. Today I received an email stating that Dyson requires a police report (which is normal for this SE) and a courier claim. If I were to provide those before filing a dispute, I likely would’ve been able to avoid the CC dispute. However all is well, I received my money back. Hoping to try this out again soon without filing a dispute on a CC.

Hey, I was wondering if you ever tried to see if they respond to PayPal claims?
I finally decided to order from them today, just a Supersonic Dryer for myself, so under $500. Going to go with DNA and hopefully support isn’t a headache.
