Contacted Dyson by phone same day claimed DNA, had to cycle through 3 reps because they kept telling me I need a police report or to contact courier. Final rep told me to wait until January 11 due to “shipping delays”. Called them January 11, was told they are submitting a request to the department that handles refunds/replacements and I will be contacted within 24-48hrs. No response. Called them today, after some pushing around was told that supervisor will handle the case herself and ensure I get an answer as she is not able to process refund herself, must wait another 24-48hrs.

Dyson doesn’t respond to bank disputes so either way it should be a W. I just want to test out if I can push Dyson hard enough to refund me rather than a cc dispute. Next Dyson hit I’ll be testing out if they respond to PayPal disputes

I have hit dyson with ftid i am told that they have high limits there as well.

Considering they don’t reply to CC disputes, thats a waste unless you can’t afford to purchase more than one at a time. You should be fine.

Can you share details of your Dyson FTID experience? Order date, price, what ftid version, etc. I’d be interested in trying it out before filing a cc chargeback
