Contacted Dyson by phone same day claimed DNA, had to cycle through 3 reps because they kept telling me I need a police report or to contact courier. Final rep told me to wait until January 11 due to “shipping delays”. Called them January 11, was told they are submitting a request to the department that handles refunds/replacements and I will be contacted within 24-48hrs. No response. Called them today, after some pushing around was told that supervisor will handle the case herself and ensure I get an answer as she is not able to process refund herself, must wait another 24-48hrs.

Let me know how your experience goes if you try it. I recommend calling them as soon as their office open unless you enjoy waiting an hour on hold. Also their online chat option is ass.

It was 1000 CAD ? Around 800 usd someone I knew at the time did weighted ftid for me
