My Bose earbuds came today, and got a refund of £210. Literally went onto whatsapp chat and told the agent I received an empty box, and he gave me a refund in 10 minutes. No investigation, NOTHING. He asked for pictures of the brown box and the Bose box, but that was it. He offered  a replacement or refund, and I went with refund. Boom!

Definitely not patched tried with WhatsApp on sleepbuds 2 and within ten minutes and one basic picture of empty box this got approved full refund or "secondary address to give replacement" since their system didn't let them do the same address to make the order or something..clearly they have a terrible system for this stuff so before it gets fixed go go go do everything you can at bose personally I'm going to use drops and spam it I'll try double dip same address and phone and give a response if that works or not though.

Yes, but they don't sell directly. They have an official distributor and big stores like ECI. I've researched the distributor and they have bad reviews.
