Did you say the box was tampered with? How can they prove that the buds were in the box even if it's sealed? Unless they have xray vision CCTV cameras they cannot prove it.

They can't.

Even If CCTV cameras can detect It (which It won't), they cannot provide evidence that the buds were enclosed at the time the package was delivered to your address.

Yup said buds werent in the package but they just outright denied and said that was not possible.

Any on tried Sennheiser? Wondering if its worth doing their new true momentum wireless instead - I presume they would be of better quality

Their "opinion" holds no grounds.

What evidence did they provide In support of their claim?

Can someone please send me a picture of the box empty ? I shipped it to someone as a gift and don’t have the possibility to take the picture myself to send it to the support. It would be really really nice Smile
