Bose QuietComfort Buds SE (Success)

My Bose earbuds came today, and got a refund of £210. Literally went onto whatsapp chat and told the agent I received an empty box, and he gave me a refund in 10 minutes. No investigation, NOTHING. He asked for pictures of the brown box and the Bose box, but that was it. He offered a replacement or refund, and I went with refund. Boom!

Great to read, congrats.

As of late, the EB/missing Item method has had a very high success rate against an array of stores.

Bought straight off the Bose website.

Thank you! I currently have another EB SE with Samsung with their buds pro. I was told to wait 7 to 10 days, so hopefully that goes smoothly, too.

They're extremely light, hence It's very difficult, If not Impossible to establish they were In the box when received.

That's the key to the EB's success.
