When social engineering, everything Is susceptible to failure.
In your case, the pros significantly outweigh the cons.

It's your call.
It can be returned, reordered on a totally different account, and SEd using another method.
Seems as if return period is passed. Shall I contact saying I knocked all neighbours doors and item has been found? Would this work or is it going to ruin my chargeback too if it fails lol..
Is apples return period not 30 days?

Neither.
I'd destroy Apple for their pathetic customer service, and for also giving me the biggest runaround by failing to directly address my questions and concerns.
I mean I’ve called and outraged to the max.. all I get is the same blunt we can’t do anything rely. I’m stuck on what to do or say further. If I ask to be forwarded to a manager they don’t accept it. Anything I literally say they give me the same reply. I even tried to tweet them , email them. What do I even say?

Hit a chargeback.
As said, the evidence you have supports your claim.

Gonna note for the chargeback - Apple are failing to resolve situation. No descriptions of who it was delivered to is being given, as I live in apartment anyone in building could have taken it. Picture of delivery doesn’t show anything but a hand, DPD have lost the parcel and failing to comply with me. Apple won’t investigate further.

Can I just ask, did apple just keep telling you they are investigating with DPD? And keep prolonging the investigation? As this is what they are doing to me, they told me it would be sorted by the 8th, and now tell me it will be by the 20th.

Yes exactly that. I believe they’re doing this to outdate the return time

Be sure to forward the following message from DPD.
Quote:How annoying! We are going to help you with this. If you have received the parcel damaged or not at all, it is best to contact the sender * as soon as possible.
The parcel is insured through them for loss or damage. They solve this with you, and we in turn with them!
Also mention that you've been very poorly treated throughout all communications, and neither Apple or DPD are willing to address the claim.

I feel like they are trying to push me over the return time too. I have been on live chat for the last hour trying to get them to push for a refund but the agent won't budge, I am going to phone them too, and see what they say.
