Apple DNA - Itsit - 04-03-2022
I DNA’d a iPhone from Apple. It’s been nearly two weeks and no luck yet. I’m thinking to chargeback on credit card…
Shall I keep waiting or do the chargeback?

Yes. They say they are investigating with courier

Last conversation. I escalated and asked for a call back. They said they are investigating with delivery driver and will get back to me. That’s it

Keep contacting them asking where your claim stands, and when the Investigation Is expected to be finalized.

So they have replied & they are saying the delivery has been successful to the address. They said they will not accept liability and it appears I am a victim of crime so I need to take it on with police.
The parcel was not delivered to door nor does it seems so in delivery picture
What shall I do?

Shall I do a chargeback? Will they in any possibility attempt to get the chargeback if I do attempt it?
I’ve asked to be put forward to the manager when I called them back and they say a manager will not accept the call and I need to call police as they can’t re open the investigation and it is complete.

If so, ask them to Investigate It and be sure to get a reference number, then forward It to Apple.
