That's ridiculous, they've got you running around In circles.

It's now come to the point of this. As per DPD's message below, forward It to Apple and ask them to explain why they're not willing to accept responsibility, when DPD clearly states that they should.

Quote:This is what DPD states
The parcel is insured through them for loss or damage.

Again I am being told to contact local authorities and they said carrier has not admitted loss of parcel so they can not provide insurance. They said we have checked all parties and there is no loss so Apple is not able to accept liability for your parcel

If that's the case, why would the carrier reply with the message below, namely: "The parcel Is Insured through them for loss or damage".

Moreover, If there's no loss (as Apple has stated) why would DPD who obviously serviced the delivery, offer to help you for the reason of lost goods? Wouldn't they have said (to begin with) there's no evidence ln support of your claim, and dismissed It thereafter? Obviously DPD has accepted loss of goods - that's why they're replying and offering to be of help.

Quote:We are going to help you with this. If you have received the parcel damaged or not at all, it is best to contact the sender * as soon as possible.

The parcel is insured through them for loss or damage. They solve this with you, and we in turn with them!

Tell Apple to liaise with the carrier directly, address everything I've mentioned above, and sort It out once and for all.

They have said there is no way to escalate this further and the only option is to escalate this with the local authorities

They're missing the point - you're not requesting an escalation, so their response Is totally Irrelevant to what you've asked of them.

Refer to my previous post, and tell them to address the matter as stated. To reiterate It In short, DPD have replied with this:
Quote:We are going to help you with this.

If DPD Is not accepting loss of goods (as Apple has said), why have they offered to help you? It's blatantly obvious and pretty much common sense, however Apple has failed to exercise It.

They keep replying with the same saying my only option is to contact local authorities and they are happy to work with them if anything is needed as I may be a victim of crime.

Pathetic.

I've clearly advised on what must be addressed by Apple. If need be, email them 50+ times a day until they specifically attend to your concern. Do the same with DPD.

I need my concern attended professionally as I am failing to receive a reply. If this is the case why would the carrier respond to me assuring me the parcel is Insured for loss? Furthermore if there is no loss why would DPD who clearly serviced the delivery, offer to help me with reasons of lost goods? They would have said from the start there is no evidence in support of my claim and dismissed it. DPD has clearly accepted loss of goods which is why I have had an reply offering to be of help. I need Apple to liaise with courier and have this resolved as soon as possible.

Is this a good enough to be sending?

Seem to be getting no response. I’ve called and gone on live chat and I seem to be getting the same reply on repeat to contact local authorities as I am a victim of crime. Not sure what to do here now..

Yet again, they're not addressing your concern. Appalling customer service to say the least.

Regardless of what they say, escalate the claim and If need be, re-escalate It and request your concern Is specifically attended to. Also forward every message to DPD.
