Seem to be getting no response. I’ve called and gone on live chat and I seem to be getting the same reply on repeat to contact local authorities as I am a victim of crime. Not sure what to do here now..

Regardless of what they say, escalate the claim and If need be, re-escalate It and request your concern Is specifically attended to. Also forward every message to DPD.

I’ve been on to them like glue. They are saying DPD have said delivery has been successful and that investigation wouldn’t be concluded without all parties addressed. “Delivery has been successful and delivered to you” again Contact local authorities

I have forwarded to DPD now too stating this is not true and all they reply is to contact sender.
Further contacted DPD and they refuse to answer anything ‘contact sender’

I'd destroy Apple for their pathetic customer service, and for also giving me the biggest runaround by failing to directly address my questions and concerns.
