Lol mine was almost 3kg so I guess my rep was half asleep while doing it. On the note of switching from DNA to EB, I’ve done that many time before and it all worked out without any issues.

Due to a number of circumstances when processing claims, reps don't always follow protocol and In this Instance, I'd say they would've simply approved It without looking Into any details whatsoever.
