RE: AMAZON SE AIRPODS (LOCKER) #31
We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received your item(s) for order #144-09923945-2828 (FAKE)
Airpods Protector Case TPU Cover with Carabiner for Apple Airpods (Clear)
Apple Air Pods.

We have fully investigated this matter, including with the delivery carrier who delivered the package. Based on the outcome of our investigations, we believe the package was delivered to the correct address. In particular we have considered information from our records, as follows which indicate the item as delivered:

- the timed geocode stamp of the delivery location;
- information collected at the point of delivery; and
- the package weight and reported condition upon delivery.

Accordingly, based on our investigations, we won’t be able to provide a replacement or refund for this order at this time.

If you think that someone has intercepted your item without your permission, this is a crime, and you may wish to contact your local police authorities to pursue this matter further. To assist, we recommend that you provide a copy of this email to the police to help explain what has happened. We will happily cooperate with the police as part of any investigation.

If the issue isn't resolved after contacting local police, please contact us again and include a copy of the police report, crime reference number and details of the station where the incident was reported. Please note: to assist in obtaining a police report, we recommend that you provide a copy of this email to the police to help explain what has happened. We will then validate the report with the local police force in question; for that reason, we are unable to accept reports filed with Action Fraud, as this is a reporting centre, rather than a local police force.

This is what I got. I think I will just leave it here then

Essentially, you claimed four refunds In under 4 weeks, which raised suspicion hence the email.

SEing both Items (bikes) on the same day and particularly their nature, would've been a cause for concern In their claims department. Timing Is crucial when SEing multiple Items Individually- always allow for lengthy periods between each one.

The two items I refunded on the same day were legit.

I know, but as far as Amazon Is concerned, all Items are legit.

So regardless of the nature of the refund, you must allow sufficient time between each SE.

I need further Information.

I haven't sifted through every post (haven't the time for It), so did you "sign" for the package on receipt? If so, "where?"- at the front door, outside the premises etc. Was your real signature used? Were there any photos taken by the carrier?

Hey,
I didn't sign for it as it was delivered to a locker. I used the partial refund method as I thought the airpods werent that heavy, but I guess they still found out the weight difference. The other item was an airpods case/protector. No pictures were taken.

There's no way they could've detected the difference In weight.

The charging case weighs around 40 grams, and the AirPods are only 4 grams. Neither will show up on consignment.

Was it a new account with no orders?
Sounds similar to what I tried to do with amazon lockers here
