@"dark_net" There is a criteria for the items allowed in to the lockers. It jus has to be fulfilled by amazon and a low value product. They allow the xs max 64g but not the 256, 512gb, probably due to its value.
This Is the loophole In the above statement:
Quote:is true to the best of my knowledge
The operative words being the best of my knowledge. If you were to sign It (which I still advise not to), as far as you're concerned you're unaware of all happenings relative to the SE, hence "best of my knowledge".
but I received a email from ofm amazon? Does that mean my refund is guaranteed or not.
What does the email contain?

"We recently reviewed your account for order activity details. Your order history shows that you have received a high number of refunds for items that were missing from your orders.
We know that occasional problems with orders are expected in the normal course of business. In these instances, a refund or replacement may be issued"
THIS WHAT I GOT IN THE EMAIL. THE THING IS, I HAVE ONLY DONE TWO SE'S IN 45 ORDERS, SO WHY DID I RECEIVE THIS EMAIL?

What was the timing of the SEs?
That Is, did you allow a sufficient gap between each one, or were they done within a few days apart? Also, was It a smooth SE, or did an Investigation take place for both?

Thanks for your reply. I had 13 orders in between. The first one was smooth and the second one (the AirPods) an investigation started. Happy new year btw

I'm trying to establish this part of their email:
Quote:Your order history shows that you have received a high number of refunds
How many refunds In total on the account- both SEing and legit?
You too, have a great start to 2019.

Essentially, you claimed four refunds In under 4 weeks, which raised suspicion hence the email.
SEing both Items (bikes) on the same day and particularly their nature, would've been a cause for concern In their claims department. Timing Is crucial when SEing multiple Items Individually- always allow for lengthy periods between each one.

The two items I refunded on the same day were legit. I returned the items as it wasn't the correct fit. Do you think I would still get a refund for the se attempt on the AirPods or no. They told me to sign a declaration of truth, but I did not. I have seen that someone else got asked to sign as well but they eventually got the refund without signing it. Should I contact them again, or just wait it out? Once again, thank you for your reply.
