In terms of your concern pertaining to your address, why not open a new account and use an Amazon Locker as the point of delivery?

Hey I tried to se them, but they told me to sign a declaration of truth. Should I?

I would avoid signing any legal paperwork, this is an affidavit they have asked you to sign.

As said, do not sign It.

It's a sworn statement that's admissible In court and If found to be false, It may lead to charges being laid against you.

You managed to get airpods into an amazon locker? Usually they don't allow anything with a battery in to the lockers.

It'll guarantee your refund. They won't investigate further but they may send you the OFM emails saying they won't refund you anymore.

Thank you guys. I won't sign it then. There is a line saying "Declaration of truth: I hereby acknowledge and confirm that this statement (consisting of one page signed by me) is true to the best of my knowledge and belief and I make it knowing that it may be submitted in evidence, where the contents will be referred to, and I may be liable to prosecution if I have wilfully stated in it anything which I know to be false or do not believe to be true" @mothered @"JoshOG"

@"dark_net" There is a criteria for the items allowed in to the lockers. It jus has to be fulfilled by amazon and a low value product. They allow the xs max 64g but not the 256, 512gb, probably due to its value.

Oh thank you, I assumed it was to do with having a battery in a confined space.

This Is the loophole In the above statement:
Quote:is true to the best of my knowledge

The operative words being the best of my knowledge. If you were to sign It (which I still advise not to), as far as you're concerned you're unaware of all happenings relative to the SE, hence "best of my knowledge".
