So i have unlimited appeals with PayPal as long as i do it within 10 days? . I may have to do corrupted file method for sure then. I will do it tomorrow, saying when i complained about the outcome to them that they received a "receipt" and we can use it for a letter. Which i  had no idea about .

You have every right to appeal It within 10 days of the case closure. If they try and tell you otherwise, they can refer to their very own terms - which clearly states what I've said from a buyer's standpoint. If they're adamant on requesting the document, use the corrupted file method.

"the usage of this item was not too urgent and i understand that DPD is often busy so i thought it got delayed and was taking longer than expected, but I still have not received my item?"

There is no option for it because i believe the customer rep had already "appealed" when she reopened it for me. They are stating without that document they cannot reopen it.. Soo.. What to do.. :/

I've sent it to them twice via the message center after being told to do so and they have now linked me to their website to upload the file but it'd not actually letting me upload the document! Help! I think they have blocked corrupted files from being sent!

Exactly what Issues are you experiencing when trying to upload It?

Contact support and explain the Issue.

It actually works In your favor, for the fact that you cannot upload the file as requested - which Is (apparently) no fault of your own.

Im thinking that it may have worked before but now because the file is corrupted it doesn't allow a corrupted file to be uploaded..

Anyway, I have been uploading the file at the behest of multiple customer service reps and now I'm awaiting for there answer since the last time i uploaded it they requested it to be in a, jpeg format even though it was in a jpeg format (extension) it was just the jpg instead of jpeg (essentially the same thing)! Let's hope this works!

For some reason today the app was not working properly by not letting me access the messages.

I circumvented it, and then saw a rep saying if i can speak to the people before (trying to imply i started a new convo) maybe its a tactic tonget rid of the customer??

Anyway, I told him i was speaking to them yesterday and have tried uploading the document multiple times and to use that to reappeal for me as im getting super frustrated etc..
He responds with a generic message about he can't open it and to go and complain to the FoS basically.
And wow while writing this message he responded with the document shared has been updated and has still been denied and still remains to investigate this outside of PayPal! Ba******! @!@

Im still on the hook for one last payment to them of 533£ to which they are hassling me about since a month overdue..

I feel like my last recourse is to ask lenovo for help or speak to curries?!?
