It's a bit late for the DNA, but nonetheless, where were the photos taken?

The sealed box method Is also well-suited.

What do you think I can do next good sir?

Anyway, I have been uploading the file at the behest of multiple customer service reps and now I'm awaiting for there answer since the last time i uploaded it they requested it to be in a, jpeg format even though it was in a jpeg format (extension) it was just the jpg instead of jpeg (essentially the same thing)!  Let's hope this works!

As per your post below, what was their reason for the document being denied?

Also, what was your last conversation with them?

They cannot deny It without reason.

Ask them to justify their decision.

I've just received a response saying (paraphrasing here) "the amount was a lot and our specialist team reviewed and took the case decision" followed by - "However, kindly provide us the valid evidence so that I can appeal the case on your behalf."
