There Is every possibility the driver will visit your home, but you are not obligated to attend to his/her needs.

By the way, the courier (DHL) left the package at the doorstep.

If there's anyone to blame for nonreceipt of goods, It's the driver.

He should've done his job by at least requesting a signature and as such, the claim wouldn't be In this predicament.

Update: since the reps on live chat were annoying, I called Nike UK customer service and the lady said they'd issue a refund. I'd receive a confirmation email tomorrow, so I'll keep this post updated whether I actually get the refund or not.

They've approved the refund. Hopefully they don't reverse their decision.

I almost never DNA Items from couriers like DHL and DPD these days because they always end up coming back to the house. Its just not worth the hassle in my opinion so If I am going to Se an item and know It will be DPD or DHL I will add items to the order and go for the partial method instead cause fuck DPD and DHL haha
