did the courier send you a photo of the package at your doorstep? I think that makes a huge difference in your case.

if they come back to your house they will knock and wait for you to answer and if you don't answer then you'll get your refund

I almost never DNA Items from couriers like DHL and DPD these days because they always end up coming back to the house. Its just not worth the hassle in my opinion so If I am going to Se an item and know It will be DPD or DHL I will add items to the order and go for the partial method instead cause fuck DPD and DHL haha
