I was thinking that the first rep just wanted to get the conversation over with, so she just took a guess/said something random.
You can speculate with all sorts of scenarios, but she clearly said the refund was confirmed, so that speaks for Itself.

Always get the name of the rep you're speaking with and If possible, a reference number of the conversation. One step further, Is to record It on your cell phone.

Calls are recorded for quality assurance and training purposes, hence a record will be stored on their end.

Nike is really hard to refund, they are notorious for being like this atm
In terms of the wrong Item received method, It tends to succeed more often than not.

Performing the DNA with RM, pretty much speaks for Itself.

Expect a favorable outcome.

Are you referring to the carrier driver visiting your home after the DNA claim?

You're directly dealing with them, so unless you file a dispute with PayPal, they're not part of their assessment, hence the email address should not have been requested.

At any rate, do keep us updated.

yeah it’s weird i had a good story but i didn’t get why they asked for my paypal email an the name on my paypal account, almost as if they could check to see if they have sent a refund to it before which was back in early november you think they could look into the payment method or suin?
