How can I use the s/n to receive a replacement from asus without sending it back?
So that I can receive a refund from amazon and a replacement from asus?
I thought something like "It doesn't turn on, no sign of life".
Thanks
You should just buy the same router (if on amazon) and return the router in same box. i actually did this recently (although i ordered a more expensive one but they both looked the same)
don't they look at the serial number?
Quote:How do you suggest this will work In terms of SEing a replacement from Asus, and not be out of pocket for the purchased Item?Simply saying that it just does't turn on, I tried every possible solution (e.g. cable replacement), if they tell me to try some other solution I will try but... If they ask me to send them the router I will say that there's a blood stai on it and the post office says they can't take it.
