In haven't had luck SE'ing the companies directly. They all send me exactly that, then once fully filled out, do a lengthy 'quality assurance' procedure, after which they say that their retained sample they tested was fine and thats it lol

Ive had better luck by going for retailers that sell the supplement directly, but I'd say that with persistence and the right approach companies themselves are possible. Maybe try calling up.

How would I go to retailers that sell the product if I havent bought any product from them, therefore an order number wouldnt exist for them to proceed with a replacement.

I will try calling the company directly and take a more aggressive approach. Maybe I should buy the product and then SE it through the phone and once a replacement is on the way, return it?
