Below is what I sent. "Hi, I recently took a scoop of my protein powder and later during the night I got sick. My stomach did not respond well and I had to call out of work for the next few days. I'm just very surprised because I have had always used Syntha-6 in the past as my main supplement for protein powder and never had this issue. I'm just wondering as to what is going and that you guys can help me with this. Thanks" They then responded with this. RE: Help: BSN Syntha-6 Protein SE (1st Attempt) - ganc - 01-18-2019 In haven't had luck SE'ing the companies directly. They all send me exactly that, then once fully filled out, do a lengthy 'quality assurance' procedure, after which they say that their retained sample they tested was fine and thats it lol Ive had better luck by going for retailers that sell the supplement directly, but I'd say that with persistence and the right approach companies themselves are possible. Maybe try calling up. RE: Help: BSN Syntha-6 Protein SE (1st Attempt) - Insurrection - 01-18-2019 (01-18-2019, 05:57 AM)ganc Wrote: In haven't had luck SE'ing the companies directly. I will try calling the company directly and take a more aggressive approach. Maybe I should buy the product and then SE it through the phone and once a replacement is on the way, return it? If you mean buying it in person, then SEing the company that wouldn't really be of benefit since you can always just take a photo of the batch number etc.. in the store. But i'd be interested to see if calling up the manufacturers makes a difference, keep us updated. |
