any body have any ideas?    was going to do wayfair but idk since they changed their policy

How did wayfair change their policy? What did the change on their policy

I recently SE’d Wayfair. Did the non-drilled holes trick.
They only offered to keep it with a 25% discount, or send it back with a prepaid label.

Told them I was a single older woman, no car to get the heavy box to the post office, etc. The most they offered was 50% refund to keep it, so I took it.

I think he was relying on you being an SE'r
I had a similar experience with another company where they were trying to get me to take a discount instead of a replacement I pressed the fuck out of them and long story shortly was able to give me a exception which I was told is very rare and I'm very lucky to get but best believe I hit them on my other addresses
