Hey guys. Asos stopped issuing instant refunds on peb and dna under 150£. The support team confirms the refund, but the email confirming that never arrives and 2 days later an email about closure of the account arrives from the investigation team or smth. I don’t suggest doing pebs or dnas. If you have any other methods that still work feel free to share with us

Are you still able to return the package?

yes thats possable, but they dont provide prepaid label so i would have to send it on my on costs
