Asos instant refunds under 150£ patched - ponasG - 02-08-2023
Hey guys. Asos stopped issuing instant refunds on peb and dna under 150£. The support team confirms the refund, but the email confirming that never arrives and 2 days later an email about closure of the account arrives from the investigation team or smth. I don’t suggest doing pebs or dnas. If you have any other methods that still work feel free to share with us

Did you do multiple accounts or multiple on same account? Account deletion usually means they've linked accounts somehow.

I had one work only yesterday. They’ve probably linked your accounts or claims.

I too can confirm that it has been patched. Two more people from my environment have encountered the same problem. I have used entirely new credentials, new Paypal account, new phone number, new device, VPN (double) and have even changed the MAC address of the device. Although, I have done the same SE on the very same network before, but it has never been a problem till now. It appears that the problem is not the detection of linked accounts, but a change in their refunding process.

As It stands, either way It's Inconclusive.

Can you specify what SE you did? Peb or Dna? And how much the items in your parcel were worth?
