Called ray-bans they asked for a pic of my signature (ID) and a photo of the empty case, i ignored the id bit and just sent the case and now awaiting the reply

I SE'd them recently and they also asked for proof of signature and ID and whether I'd like a refund or replacement. I ignored that part and just replied with my preferred resolution and they obliged. They didn't ask for a signature/ID again. So, hopefully it should work for you too. **fingers crossed**
