With clothing I would use wrong item received or partial item.

i know this post old but how did the SE ended up? and it was easy to talk with luisaviaroma?
im asking because i copped a 300€ worth of items and i wanted to DNA it.
Parcel arrived friday and i writed them an email saturday, im still waiting for a reply right now
