I assume she used her real/regular signature, correct?
What's the Item, Inclusive of Its weight? Depending on Its nature, you could use other methods.

She used fake signature, writing one letter and some lines around it. Wondering if that won't register automatically as receivers name.
It is some bike parts that weights 1.5kg, and worth 230gbp. I don't want to use wrong item received as this was quite legit account with one return (wrong item received) like 3 weeks ago or so, but that was expensive item of 500 gbp. but then I did a bit of legit orders and now wanted to do dna.

That's good news that she didn't use her real signature.
As far as you're concerned, you didn't sign for It, hence did not personally receive the package. The DNA Is well-suited under these conditions.

Thanks for your help once again. I guess I will just check if they would instantly refund me and if they will say something about investigation I will pursue that I will check around my flat once again and will take it as a loss this time. I would rather risk with investigations for more expensive items and have better history.

You're welcome with all assistance provided.
An Investigation Is simply part of company protocol to move forward with your claim. In fact, the majority result In a successful outcome. Ultimately, It's your choice on how you wish to pursue the matter.

Yes i know that but i don't want the investigation lead to police report. Do you know if its possible to get a refund in this matter without any investigations? Or it is almost positive that it will lead to one?

Even if it does, it doesn't matter. Ideally, it doesn't, but don't worry.

Police report is not anything serious, you think they have time to investigate things like this, they just about come if your car got stolen.
