Brilliant.
It's quite rare that Amazon do not pursue the matter further, particularly when using the DNA. You've received a refund, and that's all that matters.
Well done.
The funny thing is that I've received another delivery today that I wasn't planning of SEing from Amazon, but the delivery guy left it at my neighborg, but on the delivery itself wrote the wrong flat and wrong name. I am wondering ehat would happen if I would say dna for 2 in a row items as it took me some time to find which neighbor had it.
Do you think it is a viable option to ask for a DNA once again?

Is It your neighbor's full details?

No, i don't think so as I can see that it is a random name on amazon website. And also they delivered to the different flat that they provided on my order delivery information. I had to go through all of my neighbors to find who received it.

Well this Is perfect DNA material, but my only concern, Is the close timing between this and your prior claim.
I'd say It's more likely to succeed than not, namely due to the Incorrect details on the manifest/delivery docket. After all, you "did not receive It", but rather had to locate It's whereabouts so there Is an element of truth behind the (potential) claim.

Yes I guess so. If something really goes wrong I will act that the parcel was not in the flat that they said it is. I will just say that I had to go through all neighbors and I found it in flat Y instead of flat X. I will wait for a day or something before opening new claim.

I don't see how this can go wrong.
The Incorrect details were documented on the manifest, and (obviously) delivered to the wrong address. As far as you're concerned, you haven't located It by visiting your neighbors. Clearly, they're In the wrong.
