Put this SE aside. Create another completely different account, contact Argos and claim the Item Is faulty. When they request the return, box them- the Item Is light enough to do so. Prior to this though, review their terms and establish whether they (Argos) are responsible for loss of goods during transit. If so, or If there's no mention, you're good to go.
Okay will do thank you bro

You're most welcome.

I'm trying my utmost best to get this SE to succeed, and exhausting every possible avenue I can think of.
I replied back to there message with this.
"The terms and conditions of Argos state "Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you or are left with a person or place nominated by you."
As i didn't have the items when it was delivered to me it is your issue to deal with. Therefor this situation needs to be investigated by you and dealt with. It is a civil matter and should be dealt with by Argos."
Ill reply back on here with what they said. Do you think i should ring up paypal or argos?

To my understanding, "you" means the account holder or the person(s) receiving the goods. You'd want to clarify this, prior to moving forward with the next step.

If It Is the case, then It doesn't apply when boxing - you're sending the package to "them".

So if I decided to box them, Ide be safe in doing so. What if they check the package? I have never boxed anyone before, I do have multiple tutorials on my Pc in my SE folder.

Take each step as It comes.

You simply tell them that the Item Is defective and when they request the return, box them. In terms of the order number (If they happen to request It), say that you've misplaced It.

WHat does misplaced it mean?

Meaning you cannot locate It.

As said, take each step as It comes.

@mothered paypal have just emailed me saying this.
“In order to continue with this investigation, a report must be filed with a law enforcement agency or government organization. You may choose to contact your local municipal or provincial law enforcement agency or you may choose to file a report with any other governmental agency of your choice.“

What on earth do I do now?
