OK I went for DNA, they asked me to consent on them having access to my accounts and product data (this is used to help me with my problem and prevent fraud)

What is my best choice now ?

Just wait for them and if refunded turn on and use the phone (I would prefer this if is safe), or is better to order a new one from amazon and send back to amazon the google one? (in case they flag the imei or whatever)

Can they charge me again after I received the refund and turned on the phone ?
If so, can I avoid it by simply disabling automatic charge from google on Paypal ?
