I received an email from OFM in the meantime and I replied that I didn't understand what was going on I was an exemplary customer and that all my orders were legitimate, following my reply a representative of the night service answered me that he was sorry for my order that all that didn't reflect what amazon was and that he had opened an investigation with the carrier in question, I feel like my response to OFM has changed things I no longer need a police report but currently the rep has opened an investigation for non-receipt when I did receive it, I gave the OTP.

Can I still have it passed on to DNA?

There is no problems for Amazon.de with Apple products. Did a refund on an iPhone on January, I am now using it and works fine. The thing is that DNA or EB will not work. They will ask your for a Police Report if you are willing to coup with it, then yeah, you can do it.

How can you DNA on Amazon FR for that amount ? Everytime i order something of this value, Amazon sends me a code i have to give to the delivery guy to prove i received it

so it's been a long time sorry guys, I made a police report but in fact the document I have to send to amazon should be a report after the investigation except the problem I told is that I didn't receive the iphone in the box, so an investigation can't be done because it's not a theft I suffered directly so I won't be able to provide the police report which is the document I can't get.

In the meantime I ordered sealing stickers on aliexpress and I sent back my sealed iphone box with my old iphone in it I'm waiting to see if they check or not, I think I'll get my refund.
