if you want to be sure translate what it says with deepl, in any case the background is the same customer reviews say they did not receive the iphone.

According to mothered , the sealed box method will no longer work. I’ve done this 3 times in the past but apparently they are now checking sealed boxes.

If you're comfortable with filling it out, then do it, in my experience you'll be given a refund after giving them the reference number and going back and forth.
