Every SE'er must be prepared to file a PR at some point, so If the Item Is worthy of getting the report, do exactly that.

Just create a new account. Because doing many refunds, it will result in getting an OFM email from Amazon.

But you know that the success rate depends on your account credibility. If you made a lot of refunds and got OFM, your chances of getting the refund are slim, I'm talking on the same account. "if it doesn't work I will send it back" - it's not a very positive way of thinking. I try planning every refund in the way that I will succeed in it, if I had a bad attitude and thinking, then I would not even do the SE, because I would be scared or just didn't want to risk it. OFM thing is not a joke and it cannot be ignored. Also, Amazon is good at linking accounts and everything. I don't know what is your reason to like use the same account but on another domain. Yeah, it will be kind of clean account, because there will be nothing on it, but I would not risk it. Especially on doing refund on such thing as iPhone. But these are only my suggestions, you can do it what ever you want and how you want it.
