What's their reason to decline the refund? Every decision made on a given claim must be justified, Irrespective of the account's standing.

Do you know how it looks at zalando.de when you use the wrong item recieved method?

Basically I have ordered 3 items total cost of £100. The package arrived today however as nobody was home they chucked it through a gate and took a picture. About an hour later I tried to DNA. Zalando said that they will contact Hermes and they will investigate it. Will Hermes go back to the house and check the gate for the package as I cannot take the package inside right now.

Dont use new accounts and dont go above 500€. Create accounts and buy gift carbs and use this to buy on another account to buy real items to your address/PS. This way you can age 2 accounts at the same time.

The main thing Is, they're replying and not Ignoring your concerns, which Is a positive sign.

Repeatedly contact them - even If It means shooting off 20+ emails per day. You're bound to receive the reply you're after.
