Hello everyone! Interested in the refund of zalando in Germany. I heard that because of the covid, the DNA method is now working well. Is it so?

The DNA has always been effective.

It's just a little bit easier with COVID In some cases.

I apologize for the long answer. As a SE, I plan to call the day after receiving my purchase and ask when I will receive my package. And then according to the situation.
A small problem is that I live in another country and use the services of a mail forwarding

Refund the expensive items first. PEB is a good option.

PEB. This method is difficult in my case. Because I don't have a package

Be sure to establish the type of verification (If any) required on delivery.

Hello. In general, I did as before and discussed. As a result, they sent me a letter where I need to send them a completed Legal Statement document and also attach an identity confirmation document. Has anyone experienced such a process?
I read past posts on zalando, but there are slightly different situations. Or just the level of my English is lame. Please tell me, is this document legally binding or is it more related to the internal policy of the site?

It seems as though they've generated It themselves.

There's no declaration, affirmation, nothing of the sort to verify that what you're saying Is true and correct to the best of your knowledge - which holds ground with legally binding documents.
