Another email, another same answer that they waiting response from relevant department.

They're not Ignoring your emails, which Is a positive sign that your claim Is being assessed.

Ask them If they have an estimated completion date and to serve as a reminder to speed things up, say that the Item Is needed for a gift. It doesn't matter whether It's a refund or replacement you're after.

I already told it was a gift for a special occasion. I'll wait a little bit of time and recontact them repeating this concept.

The duration Is normal for complex Investigations.

Ask them what type of Issues they're experiencing, and an estimated time of completion.

They didnt answer three time to give an estimated time, and in one mail they told me they dont have any information about a damage in the transportation history.
