At today, there is no answer about my case, last update is from 2 days ago, they had said "we are still coordinating your concern to our Logistic team. We shall wait another 7 days or so for an update.
Elite strap accessory refund got approved today by meta rep after a quick email back to let them know it never came. I'll wait a few more days after refund hits my bank to try the headset.
Also heard fb sign-in not required anymore.
