By the time you open a PayPal claim and wait for their response, the Investigation may well be finalized.

Personally, I'd wait a little longer before resorting to PayPal.

Supposedly they told me that in about 4 days I will receive the refund.
But personally I do not trust that later they increase the term.

The return period is 30 days, and PayPal takes about 15 days to resolve. It was 4 days since I received it. I will wait a little longer since I have a extra time

Update : I received the Quest 2 and elite battery on 8/10 and chatted with them about EB. Got my refund confirmation email today. Pretty easy. They asks me to wait a few more days to see if the Elite battery arrives since its a separate shipment. Claiming 2 EB would have failed so i told them i never received the Elite battery.

Have you take time to say elite battery was DNA o you say on the same time of EB?

My mainly focused on the headset until the rep asked about the accessory. I told the rep i thought it shipped in the same box. they then told be it was a separate shipment 1hour apart. i acted like i was shocked and told him that only one package arrived, hence DNA the accessory.

Will email them back after a week to tell them it never came. That's what the rep said if I didn't receive it by that date.
