Once every other day, when they get the time.

They did just reply to my email saying “ could you please send the picture of the label attached to the parcel that you received? “
Am I good to include a photo of the label with the weight included? The original photo you cant actually see the barcode just the shipping details etc,  could pull the card of ‘I don’t have the box anymore’. (Due to it being over the 10 days they requested)?
